THE SUPERINTENDENT’S SCREENING COMMITTEE DOES NOT REVIEW THIS REQUEST.
Instructions to guide you through the correct process are provided below:
Private Tutors (those without a business license): Broward County Public Schools does not approve or deny private, fee-based tutors for students. Some schools may choose to keep a list of available tutors at the front office for parents to review. Contact schools directly for more information.
Please note: The Superintendent’s Screening Committee will not approve flyers from private, unlicensed tutors for display at schools.
Free Tutoring Services - Supplemental Education Services (S.E.S.) providers:
Individuals seeking to become an approved S.E.S. provider are required to
contact Rosa Taylor, S.E.S. Coordinator, Title I Office at 754-321-1418
or visit theweb site.
Please note: To obtain approval from the Superintendent’s Screening Committee for display of a S.E.S. tutoring services flyer, you must submit a copy of S.E.S. office approval notification.
