Instructions to guide you through the correct process are provided below:
Are you seeking to lease one or more rooms within BCPS? School lease agreements are determined by policy 1341 (PDF).
Here’s what you need to do:
- Download policy 1341 to determine under which section of the policy you would qualify. Based on that, eligibility and rates will be determined.
- Obtain a Lease Agreement from any Broward County Public School.
- Complete the Lease Agreement.
- Return completed Lease Agreement to the school you intend to lease from.
- Await principal and Area Office approval.
