Superintendent's Screening Committee

PROGRAM REVIEW AND SCREENING
Impact a student today. Improve your community tomorrow.

Do you have an educational program, information or materials you would like to share with Broward County students? If so, The Superintendent’s Screening Committee should be your first stop.

The Superintendent’s Screening Committee was formed to streamline requests from outside organizations that are interested in providing programs or distributing educational information and materials directly to Broward County Public School students. Each school year, approximately one thousand requests are received and screened. The requests range from books, schools supplies and curriculum that organizations want to donate to students, to information about free educational events and not-for-profit City and Parks and Recreation associated sports programs (PAL, Optimists, etc.) as well as information about post secondary opportunities offered to students.

This is not an opportunity for free advertising for an organization. The information distributed MUST be educational in nature and equally accessible by all students. If you have a program that is held during non-school hours or you want to distribute information to the students via the school, please fax or mail the information at least 30 business days in advance of the distribution date to:

Superintendent’s Screening Committee
Broward County Public Schools
600 SE 3rd Ave.
Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33301

Fax: 754-321-2711

Or you can email your information and application to screening@browardschools.com (New Email Address)
